Bendigo Psychotherapy Centre was established to provide counselling and psychotherapy to people living in Central Victoria.
Psychotherapy provides an opportunity for you to talk through what ever issues are of major concern for you.
A Psychotherapist can assist you to focus on the nature of difficulties causing you distress and work with you to alleviate this distress.
This work may be short term, focussed therapy as you and the therapist work on the problem together. Or it may be that you will feel the need to work matters out on a deeper level over a longer period of time.
Areas of speciality are:
Couple Counselling and Therapy
Individual Psychotherapy ( short or long term)
Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy
Group Therapy
Training and Supervision
Consultation
